Create and maintain service operations, which exceed customer and technician needs.
Support internal and external customers in supplying parts and accessories, and processing all parts needs, and assisting to maintain an effective parts inventory.
Assist with diagnosing, adjusting, repairing, or overhauling mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in most all makes of forklifts.
Ensure efficient, safe, and professional pick-ups and deliveries between our branches and customer locations by managing SST’s Transportation drivers.
