Technicians needed for all Florida and Georgia locations to provide lift truck solutions to the customer base promptly through repair, service, maintenance, and knowledge of equipment, parts, and products; diagnosing, adjusting, repairing, or overhauling mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, in most makes of forklifts including sit-down rider, stand-up rider, and walk behind types.

You will answer incoming parts calls and process customer orders, process parts orders for road and shop technicians, assist and interact with walk-in customers, lookup parts in electronic catalogs, create sales quotes and invoices, operate a forklift to assist in loading/unloading parts and managing inventory as required at branch location, conduct inventory, and have the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. Additional duties may include: putting away stock, locating items in inventory, press tires, and service van replenishment.

You will strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments; review invoices and check requests including ensuring appropriate documentation prior to payment; sort and match invoices and check requests; set invoices up for payment through internal systems; process check requests by coding and inputting check information.

Build rapport with customers as the Driver-Heavy Equipment; deliver and pick up material handling equipment, parts and supplies; promote safety initiatives and operate trucks for pickup and delivery of equipment; promote our service and products in a professional manner; maintain professional and technical knowledge and contribute to a team effort; and maintain DOT and customer paperwork to SSMH standards.
