REFRESHER TRAINING - AT YOUR FACILITY

Similar to operator training except instruction is geared more toward your own trucks and facility. Additionally, students will participate in exercises to determine workplace and pedestrian hazards.

• Cost: $795.00 up to 10 students
• Weekend cost: $995.00 up to 10 students
• $50.00 per every student above 10
• FLS can provide TV/VCR if requested

THREE YEAR OPERATOR EVALUATIONS - AT YOUR FACILITY

OSHA requires that operators be evaluated every three years. The class tests the knowledge and skills of your operators.

• Cost: $405.00 up to 10 students
• Weekend cost: $495.00 up to 10 students
• $30.00 per student over 10
• FLS can provide TV/VCR if requested

COMPLETE TRAINING

This course ensures that all formal classroom training, written exams, practical exams, and the operator evaluations are completed per OSHA requirements. Our trainers provide you with all the required documentation for your certification that your training has been completed.

• Cost: $1195.00 up to 10 students
• Weekend cost: $1400.00 up to 10 students
• $99.00 per student over 10
