The key to maintaining a low-cost, long life fork lift fleet is proper preventative care in a systematic program. Our maintenance programs makes it easy for you to make sure service is performed when needed while maintaining available inventory and meeting your budget expectations. We have tailored the following maintenance programs specifically to meet the needs of warehouse and distribution companies of all size fleets and budgets:

Planned Maintenance:
More than an oil change and lubrication, our planned maintenance program is a scheduled 58 point inspection and adjustment of all the operating systems on your lift truck. Customers retain a copy of the work order and additional service needs are planned in advance. Planned maintenance meets all O.S.H.A. and A.N.S.I. requirements for lift truck maintenance. Service history reporting is available for planned maintenance customers.

Fleet Maintenance:
Fleet maintenance is available for those customers with five or more lift trucks. In recognition of the economics of carrying multiple trucks under a single agreement, all the benefits of contract maintenance are included. All work is performed at a fixed hourly rate and a quarterly report is provided calculating parts and labor costs, operating hours and cost per hour. Fleet management services are also available.

Contract Maintenance:
Contract maintenance service may be possible on a 'fixed-price' basis. Contract maintenance will depend on an application survey and analysis of maintenance needs. Once established this agreement covers everything from planned maintenance to routine and emergency service for the designated term. Tires and abuse are excluded. Replacement equipment is available in the unlikely event a repair cannot be made immediately.

Full Maintenance:
Full maintenance is a 'one-price' program covering both equipment and full service. We recommend the full maintenance program for the customer that desires to move forklift maintenance from the 'variable' expense column to the 'fixed' expenses column. Under this program we do it all and manage the cost.
